Two teams added to the New England & Mid-Atlantic Conferences

METUCHEN, NJ – Two more teams have joined the Summer 2021 lineup in United Women’s Soccer (UWS) League Two. The inaugural season of the new developmental pathway for players in the U20-U23 age group continues its rapid growth with further additions to the New England and Mid-Atlantic Conferences, respectively. UWS League Two is under the umbrella of the national pro-am league and also serves as the official league for UWS reserve teams.

Founded in 2004, Spirit of Liverpool USA (SLFC) is a Premier Soccer Club based in the Central Mass/Northeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island areas. The newest League Two member will join Aztec Soccer Club, New England Futbol Club (Red & White), South Shore Select, Upper 90 Soccer Academy (U-23 & Women), Bayside FC as well as the UWS reserve teams for the Albany Rush, Connecticut Fusion and Worcester Smiles in the New England Conference this summer.
